Title: Managing Director of Medical Operations

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Managing Director of Medical Operations to oversee daily operations. The right candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing business strategies and financial goals that meet the company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization, developing new operational processes and effectively managing multiple priorities.

The Managing Director manages the Profit and Loss of this business unit, and is responsible for the oversight of all business and medical activities related to the location, screening, evaluation, and relocation of eligible people. The Managing Director manages all subcontracts and subcontractors supporting the medical operations work share. The Managing Director is responsible for compliance with Salus policy and procedures, as well as relevant law and regulation, by the employees, officers, and agents of our medical operations and managed subcontractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
